Aim and Purpose

    Aim and Purpose

    This qualification is designed to meet the needs of learners who wish to have an in depth understanding of analytical and functional skills that are required in Business Management roles. It also outlines the strategic concepts necessary for management levels and aims to develop a holistic and creative approach among learners.

    The objective is to develop theoretical concepts relating to Business management studies, which can be examined externally and focuses on developing a creative approach. Learners are required to have completed level 4 Business Management or equivalent qualifications. Learners may also have relevant work experience.

    Note: Level 5 Diploma in Business Management is awarded after completion of 4 mandatory units (60 credits) To achieve Professional Diploma in Business Management (120 credits) learners are required to complete 4 mandatory units and any 4 units from the optional units list.

    Aim and Purpose

    This qualification is designed to enable learners to demonstrate their ability to project manage, conduct research and implement strategic planning. Towards the end of the programme learners will be able to demonstrate internal structure and external relationships between international organisations. Learners will develop skills to carry out independent research using appropriate techniques. Learners are required to have completed level 5 Business Management or equivalent qualifications. Learners may also have relevant work experience.
